Our client, a global financial services company and major UK high street bank, used Mytel via a managed service contract for the design, development and documenation of a cloud automation framework for Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
By working hand-in-glove with MIcrosoft to explore and push the boundaries of their cloud management APIs and PowerShell capabilities, we were able to create a solution that provided a full logging and monitoring capability that integrated with the bank's SIEM on premise, that provided dashboards and reports through the cloud platform, that monitored for configuration changes and triggered alerts for those that were not pre-authorised, that tracked releases and configuration changes/drift, and that provided harded privileged access management.
